Abigail specialises in working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across a wide range of emotional, relational, and mental health concerns. Driven by a passion for supporting children and families through developmentally appropriate interventions, she founded Healing Hearts Centre in 2012. She also currently serves as President of the Association for Play Therapy (Singapore), and the Vice-President of the Association for Christian Counselling (Singapore).

 

Believing in the transformative and healing power of play, Abigail integrates play therapy and expressive arts therapy into her clinical practice, tailoring each treatment plan to meet the unique needs of her clients. She is also deeply committed to developing the profession through training and clinical supervision. She leads both the Adlerian Play Therapy and Adlerian Sand Tray Play Therapy Certification Programmes in Singapore and Hong Kong as well as provide professional trainings in Trauma-Informed-Focused Adlerian Play Therapy and Adlerian Family Play Therapy.

 

In recognition of her contributions to the community, Abigail was conferred the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) May Day Award – Working People's Advocate Award in 2018.
