Abigail specialises in working with children, adolescents, individuals and families across a range of issues. With a heart to reach out and to work with children and their families using developmentally appropriate interventions, she founded Healing Hearts Centre in 2012. She is also currently the President of the Association for Play Therapy (Singapore), the Honorary Secretary and Immediate Past President of the Association of Christian Counsellors (Singapore), and sits on the working committee of the Play Therapy in Asia Summit.

Abigail believes in the healing powers of play and utilises play and expressive arts therapy during her sessions, customising treatment plans for her clients. In addition, she is passionate about training and supervising play therapy practitioners. She heads up the Adlerian Play Therapy certification program in Singapore as well as provides trainings in Trauma-Focused Play Therapy and Sandtray Therapy.

Abigail was conferred the May Day Awards - Working People’s Advocate Award by the National Trades Union Congress in May 2018 during the national May Day Rally.
